Auto cleaner/auto entity cleaner

Hello, auto cleaner world time to reduce lag caused from items.

A lot of diggers/miners/woodcutters around the miningworld and we can use trash for all or our benefits are 0, we need a world auto cleaner every 5 or 10 minutes to delete all and we have +1 point vs lag

And about entity it's equal, a lot of grinders with 50 mobs cause lag around the towny world...
