Right now, there is no way to get Shulker Boxes without going far into the end and gennerating new chunks. This takes way to long and as Shulker Boxes are some of the coolest items in the game, we should be able to get them. There are 2 good ways I see to do this. 1. Reset the end in the mining world. 2 Have a server owned store that sold them. Each one has it's pros and cons, but doing both is also an option. Thanks for reading.
