I opened a artifact bottle, and got diamond pick with efficiency 8, fortune 10, unbreaking 10, and some junk enchantments. I don't know if it was super breaker but it turned into fortune 3, unbreaking 8 not long after. I put it in auction, and Drea said she saw it.
My artifact pick that I sold a long time ago also went from fortune 10 to fortune 3, although I assumed this was a feature, as fortune 10 would be extremely overpowered.
