Developer Application ~-~-~-~-~-~ What is your IGN? RunsWithShovels, typically players either call me Runs or Shovels. Though I haven't used teamspeak in a while due to discord, my username should still be the same. What timezone do you live in? Eastern standard Time, US Have you received any punishments before, and if so, why? I have never received any type of punishment from any gaming server or host. How long have you been programming for? I have been programming in Java for around 3 years on and off, with a concentration more last year. Prior to Java, programmed in Basic, which was many years ago. My publicly distributed plugins are available on Spigotmc.org, just search my username. Also I have coded many other smaller plugins by request on Bukkit forums. In addition to coding, I owned and operated a Minecraft network for around 3 years. Crossvale, which is now defunct. The network was ran on a dedicated host with Hub, Towny, Skyblock, Prison and Creative servers. I found it to be a great expense to fund it with deceasing donations, though I enjoy the back end workings as well as gameplay. Tell us about yourself! Outside of gaming, my profession is that of a Paramedic FTO. Yeah I get to drive the ambulance sometimes, but my main job function is to provider life saving treatment to those in need, and train new paramedics.
I mean I know what jordan would ask Can you be active on the server and get an idea of some things that need to be fixed with a place in the community? Would you be willing to code for the good will of loving the server and not charge for doing so? And great you have coded and posted on spigot, seems like you know your stuff!
You seem like a genuinely nice guy and I’d like to see you work for the server as a developer. I’m not sure when Jordan will respond. Maybe you could link some of your plugins on spigot to us?
Here are a couple of the plugins that Ive written, due to personal need. The reason the images do not work on the spigot pages is because they were being hosted on my server box, though as stated previously, I've since shutdown same. ---------- Xp bank plugin. A sign based xp storage system. This can be used for events, perks, or whatever administrators deem fit.
