There's a difference between the landlubber and Pirate title.The pirate title is gold and white and landlubber is teal/aqua. It might be gliched due to the fact that YMF said "it should be a pirate title" and it says it should give you Pirate title.
@OmgItsNed Sorry, I Was going to check this a few days ago but I forgot. I've placed a fixed version of the pirate tag in your inventory. It looks like someone changed the name on the item in an attempt for it to give you the Landlubber tag.
