Hey, DifferentCraft Community, I have an idea that could add a completely new element to the DifferentCraft towny server. Ships... A plugin allows you to create realistic ships (Airships that require a certain amount of wool, not too much weight or it will sink, and ships that can carry a certain amount chests). This allows for merchant ships to be created and you could even restrict TPA if you had this. Jordan could create custom ship files and edit things like max chests, max weight, required blocks, optional blocks, and much more. Thanks for taking the time to make a suggestion, we appreciate it! The plugin was brought up at our recent staff meeting but the one main concern people had, that I have to agree on, would be the amount of lag it would generate. I am by no means a developer nor do I have experience with the technological side of things on the server, however by the looks of it it hasn't even been updated for 1.12, the last it lists is 1.10. For the time being, this is not implementable.
I would definitely like to see something like this on the server. This could increase trade (actual trade, not like /warp market ), advertising towns/cities. I just think it would add a lot of variety to the server. Plugins that make this server seem more "realistic" are greatly appreciated by me !
