My pig spawners don't work.

A few days ago I raided a town and bought the pig pics and mined 12 pig spawners. Today I made a grinder for use with the chef job. The problem is that the pigs aren't spawning. When I placed them it gave me an error message. "Placing default spawner (either this spawner is invalid or disabled)." They were working fine at the place I mined them. I got cow spawners from there too and Bob the fixer said there was nothing wrong with the cow spawners. Please help. Also mobs spawns are toggled on.

 

You need grass blocks around them for them to spawn on, under the spawners or around the spawners.

 

Yes I have that. That doesn't deal the message that says my spawners are invalid.

 

sammy7s7 the message popped up when i placed my skeleton spawenr but it was stil a skeleton spawner and it worked i think this is just a glitch from the 1.13 mess so you should be ok

 

I placed them and I'm getting nothing. I don't know what to do.
