Virtual enchantment table?

The title says it all. Is it possible to add this as a perk for one of the ranks? I personally think that this would be more useful than the virtual brewing stand.

I know that it's already in the VirtualPack Bukkit Plugin (that's what I think is being used, at least), but players can't access the virtual enchantment table. Since it's already in a used plugin I figured that it wouldn't be too hard to add it in-game.

 

As mentioned, you can use the virtual enchant table with /v e​

 

You need Lord/Lady to access the virtual enchantment table. Got it.
