Considering the ban being too recent i would suggest you to wait for a few weeks before re-applying. Its nothing personal and seems u are popular among the staff but that's how most of similar cases go. Sorry but -1 by me for now.
I can assure u I scolded this young man very harshly after he did this and taught him pretty much every rule the server has, he wont be making a mistake like this again for sure but if ur -1 still stands i get it hehe
