At the time I am writing this, the ban list site isn't working, but I was kicked or warned (can't remember) for spam once and that is it. Why do you feel you belong in this staff position? I was the Moderator in Chief of my school's MC LAN server (300+ players) , and we had a Gaming club and a district-wide esports competition, which I organized as well (1500+ people). I believe that I'm personally qualified to become a Helper because I'm constantly assisting anyone that asks for help. I enjoy being an aid to any user who wishes to improve or just has a question that they would like to ask. How old are you? Do you meet the age requirement? I am 18 years old Tell us about yourself! My only fault is that while I can have anywhere from 10-20 hours a day on the server, there are maybe one or two days a week which I dedicate to schoolwork, and can only be on for a few hours. They aren't set, so I can be on any day of the week, but they will usually be unannounced. Also, phone conversations will be difficult. Both my parents work from home and are on phone meetings a lot and my older sister goes to music school so there are times where the house has to be silent so she can record. However, the time I spend on the server is and will continue to be highly productive. I actually founded the server's first Redstone Engineering Firm, and I have actually had three clients in its first week! DifferentCraft is probably the best server I've played on, and it has a really tight-knit community. Hello Peter_B_A, Although I have seen you on DifferentCraft as well as helping the community, these actions are not done as often and do not stand out within the community. I would definitely like for you to be more involved and showing the community what you can bring to the table to better the server. I am looking forward to seeing more of this online!
Thank you for the feedback! While I thought I was helping others enough, I'll see to it that I will do more. Also, can you provide an example of something I could do other than assist others in chat? I would be more than happy to do what's needed to make the server better.
Hello Peter_B_A, Assisting players in the chat is definitely important when wanting to become a staff member because you will learn how to handle different types of players as well as different types of situations. Also, helping staff with server/player issues helps a lot! An example of this would be when there are a lot of players on the server at a given moment and little to no staff online, it can be challenging to handle multiple issues at once thus causing important issues to be missed (whether it be player or server glitch issues). Helping staff in this way is extremely beneficial and shows that you, as a player, will go above and beyond with bettering the server. Hope this helps
