Nick, Hi Nick, If you have a full inventory and you open a crate it might go on the space from the key. The screenshots should be uploaded to imgur or something if they do not work the way u have them recently. I would suggest you to get the screenshots set here in nice order and staff will handle your issue for sure
It's a known bug that if you have a full inventory when using keys or placing vote crates; any items you may get from them might disappear. Unfortunately there's not really a good way to resolve it at the moment. I recommend always making sure you have inventory slots open before using them in the future.
