Didn't receive Donator rank?

Hi there i bought Donator rank last night and when i go to /faq and click Donator it says i don't have the Permissions?

Ok so i realised i've bought the rank under my old username MangoMinerson (as it hasn't changed in the store) but my new name is MangoMiner20 can i transfer the rank somehow? I changed my name before i bought the rank btw

 

i mean that all these spam bots keep putting werid stuff on forums

 

I think u can ask for a refund than buy it again
