I feel like we need more active staff members as that is the issue right now. Your name sounds familiar but I do not know you at all on the server and I've been on the server for 2 and half months now with only one day off, so that shows me that you need to prove you're worthy first unless I'm mistaken. Also, you're 15 years of age and I feel like we need senior staff members due to the level of maturity of most youngsters.
I agree with the playtime and maturity. I have not seen you on personally. but that does not mean you do not play. Maybe if i see you more often it will help.
