Help, I need my stuff back but I don't know how to get it

I'm not sure if this post is supposed to go here, but it was the only logical place to put it. I'm very sorry if it doesn't go here

So, on to my problem, I was recently kicked out of my town randomly one day for an unknown reason and I want my stuff to be unlocked. The only problem is the person who runs the town is never on when I am and I haven't been able to get in contact with them to unlock my chests so I can get my stuff back. I've tried, trust me.

The town that my stuff is located in is WaterSide and my house is the giant tree with the farm and chorus plants near it. There should be a sign that says MagicalBean's house.

If anyone could please help me get my stuff unlocked that would be greatly appreciated. I don't want back into the town I seriously just want my stuff back because I haven't been able to get it back for at least 3 months now and I've waited patiently.
