I've had a long history of punishments that I deeply regret and feel as though I can make amends by doing my part to make the server a better place. All I really want to do here is play and make others enjoy playing it as much as I do, to that end this position would allow me to help in the way I want to help Why do you feel you belong in this staff position? There are barely any active staff at the moment other than Chad and I believe there is a ton of good I can do for the server as a member of the staff team, Since day one I saw something here that ignited a passion that is yet to burn out two years later, I'm always ready to lend a helping hand in starting towns or just tips in general, but it happens more common than not that a troll or player in need are on and no one is there to help or dish out certain punishments or advice and I feel as though i'm perfect for the position. A very neutral +1. Dorien is a good person but the design of this application is crap. It would be a solid +1 if he put more time into it.
I believe that dorien would indeed make a good helper. This opinion may be questionable to some in the staff team due to his history, however, if you know dorien properly you know how truly kind, caring and most importantly helpful he always is to the people in the server. Dorien has an extensive reputation in the server and for most people it is a positive reputation. I would ask that anyone viewing doriens application give him a chance by not instantly judging him based on his history as I genuinely believe that dorien would be much more of an asset to the staff team than you may believe. A definite +1 from me
I have been playing with Dorien for about a month now, ever since I joined DC. All he has been is nice, caring, and respectful. He always comes through and does what's best for the relationship of the players, and the server. He definitely deserves to be on staff. A +1 from me.
I am going to have to look through every guideline I have. I can't give a response at the moment, but I personally don't see a problem with this. You have improved a bunch since coming back if I had no clue of your history this app would be accepted in a flash. I cannot ignore the history it has to be carefully taken into account, I will get back to you on this.
I have Known Dorien1st for a few years. I would say or at the least think i know him fairly well, as his town was the first town i joined , when joining this server. When i first joined, Dorien was the player and person showing me around, helping me with items as well as explaining the plugins and how they worked. Even though his strife may have been warranted/un, misunderstood, or differently-crafted! I find the hidden character and/or potential of the underlying individual was not truly discovered until as of late! I have watched and witnessed the growth and maturity of Dorien just as much as you Kieran! I would have to say, by not giving Dorien1st this helper position! it would not just be a grave injustice to himself and this community, it would be a loss to and for this server as a whole!
