Sir, you've done an excellent job helping out new players and old players alike, at least from what I've seen when I'm online. I think you'd fit in well with our current staff team. You promote a sense of community on the server, and that is an essential skill that all members of a staff team should have and cherish. However, while you have my support, I'd also like to see you elaborate more on why you want to be staff, outside of your qualifications for staff. But of course, until then, +1 from me.
