I feel there are not enough Staff; on this server because everyone is filtering chat flooding chat griefing other players and I know I have done this myself but I have changed. Known fluffy since 2018 when he/she was fluffy cosmic, I thought him/her to brew, I hadn’t seen him/ her sin until this year when I found out he/she was on my friend list, very trust worthy, amd I beleive fluffy should be a staff,
I personally believe there are "enough" staff but there is no reason not to add more to help with the workload! You have past helper experience which is a plus but I have not seen you very active recently and I am sure everyone would like to see more of you.
