I’ve never received any punishments from staff, not even a warning Why do you feel you belong in this staff position? I have been playing Minecraft since the alpha stages back when i was in school, I have been in leadership positions on other servers in the past until the servers eventually closed, or until I outgrew the server, mainly due to a difference in opinions, I spend a lot of time online and get along well with everyone on the server, and if I’m online I’m in the voice chat on discord, and always happy and willing to help in anyway I can, and if I don’t know the answer I do my best to find the answer out. How old are you? I am 23 years old, 24 next month Tell us about yourself! I own my own business, so I control my own hours, I enjoy making and modding games, I play rugby every week and go to the gym 3-4 times per week. Usually through my free time I spend it on Minecraft or at least on discord while I’m watching movies and Netflix if it has been an extremely long day.
Hello Leonaustin127, You are an active member, understand plugins and have been apart of multiple discord/TS calls. The one thing I have not to notice while I am online is your contribution to the DC community. I definitely would like to see more of you helping players to the extent greater than just being friendly. Making a noticeable difference to the community is what the staff is looking for. I am looking forward to seeing these improvements in the future!
Hey cali, thanks for the feedback, if you could give me some advice on how I can help the community more than I already do then that'd be great, so far I have explained the plugins to new players including differentcrafter and slimefun, helped them set up their towns explaining permissions and commands to numerous new players, and helped moderate chat while there were not any staff online to the best of my ability as Lord, and once it got past a situation I could control I've notified staff who were active on the discord, I believed I had done everything in my power to help as many people as possible, so if there are areas I can improve on I'd definitely like to do so
