I know about my age and immaturity as I have ADHD and mental issues but I think I could be a really work out as a matter of Help in issues of certain work criterias issued by the server staff and players in context of problem. Due to your prior history on your cracked account (its history still applies to your current account), as well as an unfortunate incident with another user not long ago, I'm not sure you would be suitable for this staff position. While you are quite active in chat, I believe you lack the maturity needed to objectively make staff decisions and enforce the rules without bias. For the time being at least, my answer is -1
Although I have seen you active in game and on discord recently, I agree with @gonzo1o's comments above regarding the incident a couple of months back, and would too like to see that you have matured before I could recommend you for the role of Helper. At present it is a -1 from me
