Just curious, but is this enchant enabled as a drop? I know the /ce says it's rare, but I haven't been able to find a single one yet, of any level (since it's 1-3). I even searched through my Guardian/Pigmen farm drops to see if it randomly appears and haven't found any in those drops either, while the other rare enchant, Lightning, appears somewhat frequently.
I have received several items and books with Till on them, but very few with lightning, I guess that's just how our luck goes!
