I think the main reason why I would suitable for this position is that I love having a sense of this minecraft community. I just enjoy helping out with others as basic as that may sound. I have had previous experience with being mod and chat mod on other servers, so I could say that I think I know how to appropriately act in certain situations. I also have used these plugins before on other servers so that gives me a grasp of how to use them and how to help other people that use them. How old are you? Do you meet the age requirement?
