so recently we as a staff team have been trying to get players to, See it Screenshot it Report it When no staff are online, this isn’t happening due to a common myth. “The forums don’t get checked by staff” I personally check the forums every day multiple times and so do many other staff across many time zones.
Player Reports may get checked, but the rest is largely ignored. General Support and Bug Report issues can go days without so much as a response and Suggestions might as well not even be there.
Hello aflakk, I will notify my team to look at general support more and bug reports can only be dealt with by Jordan and sometimes me in unusual circumstances. We advice you to start a conversation with a staff member on the forums if you need immediate and direct support. Thanks kieranlb05
