questions.

1. where can i find pigman spawners besides kingscastle.

2. how do you make a magnet chest.

3. how could one make a pigman spawner of equal size so everyone is not always fighting over loot at kingscastle. (mine will have many more chutes than kingscastle)

Magnet chests is something that would be too complicated. I would suggest carpet over hoppers that lead to chests. then when those are full have a way to empty those out into lava or whatever, up to you.
You will have to get pigman spawn eggs then use them on silked spawners after you put them down where you want them.
I don't know what you mean by equal size so I don't know how to answer this.

To make a magnet chest the command is simply /cmagnet on
Although this works on normal chests and double chests, the chests you use it on must be at least 3 blocks apart.
