I've never seen you online in game or teamspeak, you need to be active on teamspeak for 2 weeks. So if anything I say re-apply for helper in 2 weeks after being more active in game, in chat and on ts. Also I think you should rewrite your staff reasoning, yes you want to be staff you but gotta have more reason than "its your wish" or 'dream'. Also tell us about yourself in a paragraph instead of a list, creating more of a narrative helps the reader connect to you and have a feeling of you're talking to us instead of just listing off characteristics and details about yourself.
I agree with @Tolkie but I want to add more to this. I think you should apply for helper first before mod.
I think you should play on the server for more than a day before deciding you want to join the staff team.
