Lost gear

I kinda have a problem i gave weapongod243 an elytra with mending,unbreaking, an air staff, and a pickaxe
for save keeping turns out he kinda got banned and now i cant get my items back he put them in a littel building in his town.
so i was wondering if there is any chance that i can get that back

 

So you let him store them for you, I’m sure I could help with this just need to establish what exactly has happened.
