Woven Backpack ID bug

So I bought 10x3 treasure keys from the different craft to get enough gems to get a woven backpack from the gem shop, I got the back and opened it to see how many spaces it had in it. I then started to craft the items i needed to make it soulbound (essence of afterlife) which took me ages, however when i went to craft the final soulbound backpack i couldn't because it has some sort of ID under it, i think its because I opened it when i got it. Anyway i was wondering If i could get a free new backpack as this is the first time i've done this lol. any backpacks i do this to in the future will be my fault tho but will be much appreciated if i could get a refund. ty <3

 

This is no bug.

You need an unopened backpack to make the soulbound backpack.

Each backpack has 27 spaces btw

 

I told a lie it’s 36 spaces

 

If you and me are online at the same time I’d be happy to trade a soul bound for a normal if you want

To clarify it is not a bug, it works as intended and is just an unfortunate requirement for it to not have been opened. A lot of the time they can be replaced but as I mentioned when you messaged me I'm out of gems/backpacks. ;p

Since Kieran's been kind enough to help you out I'll consider this resolved.
