Lost Gear.

Hello,

Yesterday i died by an tnt explosion, normal I say, its okay and i start over again, but this time i was out of range to get damage from the tnt, and again normal I would say okay, let it go.. But this time I lost my God and Artifact pickaxe so im really upset about it..
Is there anyway I can get my gear back or is it gone forever?
