---In Editing-- A lot of people have been asking about the current staff ranks and for an explanation of them, so here's the breakdown. I'll tag the current staff members associated with each rank, making it easier to contact the proper person for what you're looking for. You can also view all our staff members and their bio here. Owner The owner oversees everything regarding the server, the player base, and the staff team. He is the only user with the ability to perform rollbacks, and this is why we will ask you to be patient in the event that you are subjected to grief that will require one. Everything sums up things pretty well. Please keep in mind and be patient; he's only one person, responsible for everyone and everything else. Even the owner has limits, and sometimes things that take place are just out of all of our control. If we tell you somethings not possible or can't be done, it's not to be mean. Admin Admin is responsible for overseeing both current and potential staff members. If you're waiting for an interview after your application has been accepted, this is the person you will want to contact to set up a time. Additionally, this person will have access to additional commands and permissions. They are able to unlock chests, retrieve items from locked chests in towns (in the event you lose your plot to taxes, are kicked, etc), and remove lock grief. Having a hard time getting a hold of this person in game? PM them the co-ords and situation and it will be done at the next available time. In the event that you're being harassed using a sethome, you can contact this person (or another member of staff to pass along the message). An admin has the ability to check peoples home and deal with home abuse. Supervisor The Supervisor is our old Head-Mod rank revamped. Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mods and helpers to help keep them organised and on the same page. The only difference between the old Head-Mod rank and Supervisor is that unlock perms are now an admin perm. Mod Moderators take on a lot of the servers responsibilities, including dealing with grief, TP kills, ban appeals & reports, hackers, and much more. If any rules have been broken, you'll want to contact a mod or report a player here. T-Mod T-Mod stands for trial/training mod. Staff members with this tag are currently undergoing training and if successful will take on the rank of Mod [sometimes referred to as full mod]. T-mods have the same responsibilities as mods, but require assistance/approval from a full mod before disciplining in certain situations. [Such as anything that would require a ban.] Helper Helpers are crucial to our server and community, and have a very diverse role on the server. They answer questions, resolve conflicts, moderate chat, and contribute to a lot of behind the scenes work on the server. They are the best people to contact when you have questions about plugins, commands, or other server related questions. Head-Mod Head-Mod no longer exists. It has been replaced by the Supervisor rank. Retired The Retired rank is for ex-head mods.
