Many people want to show off their items to others, yet the only way to do so would be to throw it at them (which is hella risky just in case they run off with it or someone else picks it up) or to auc it at an absurd price (which often gets you warned for auc spam and does spam the chat). What I think should be implemented would be a /show command. Hover over the item you want to show, then you can do a command like: /show [playername] or just /show for general chat. Then the command would shoot out "[Playername] shows (you) [item]" and then you'd be able to hover over the item with your cursor and see the item.
Lots of people like to show off their items, especially good weapons/armour so this is a good idea. However I believe it would be absolutely necessary that it does not show the full information without hovering/click on it. Without this it would create far too much spam, especially for a strong sword with many sockets.
she does'nt mean like that she mean when you like click on the [diamond Sowrd] it shows you what the enchanted in this sowrd like when you click on player name when he type anything in gobal chat you can see his bal and town and nation that he\she is in
theres this plugin that I have used on another server /Show would show people nearby your item that was in your hand, this had a cooldown /showall would show everyone, but had a longer countdown than /show
I know that this isn't a fix to the issue, but if you need to show somebody your items (if they don't incorporate this), you can place a chest, /lock it, then /cdonation it. That way, only you can take stuff out of the chest. I do believe that your idea of a /show command should be implemented to the server though!
Oh, I understand what you mean. I think that it should be implemented (as long as it's private to non-friends or something like that)
But than you have to Aid it for an obserd price just to show it off. That would lead to way more success spam.
i found way all what you have to do is click on the auction in the chat the you will find [preview] click on it
I would support this too. Its a good idea, but also means some hard work for staff members to work on this command
