    around 9AM Atlantic time i was banned for 3 days by keiran for "tp killing"i seen a base and i set a spawn about 100 blocks away from it so i was not going into their house and i planned to kill them eventually.so then i went to my spawn walked to the beach and saw them,and i went down and killed them and then i was banned for tp killing.first of all i did not tp,secondly my spawnpoint was far enough that i couldn't see their name tag for quite a bit as well.daemon delt with this issue yesterday and i did the same thing i did yesterday.also in YOUR rules it states killing and stealing of possessions is allowed.though it might have been a bit rude to set as spawnpoint near their base if i get unbanned i will take down the homepoint and wont bother them.

    You're allowed to kill players and keep their items IF you don't break the rules. Our rules have always included no TP killing, to copy and paste the exact wording from the rules;

    You can read all of our rules here.

    Kieran has been contacted regarding your appeal.
    In the future make sure you copy and paste this template https://www.differentcraft.net/forums/threads/appeals-format.7/
    Failing to do so may lead to a prolonged appeal.

    rejected, tp kills are based on any tp. this could be /home /t spawn or /tpa, as you tp killed this person and you have a long history im going to reject your appeal. please read the rules in future
