I suggest players who haven't been active for more than 3+ months to get their data(money,unlocking their chests etc.) purged. Pros: Good for raiding, clears inactive town members. Cons: Purged data players will have their chests,furnaces, etc unlocked.
I do not agree. There's people that have a 'break'. Also economy would get wrekt with everyone raiding the stuff. -1 for me.
We talked about this before in staff meeting. This is probably not gonna happen as people do take an extended period of breaks like YMF mentioned, but also the effect that would happen to towny. If you purge the data, the town they are a part of will lose claims, and if enough is purged chunks will be unclaimed leading to a lot of griefs that will need to be checked. If we do a purge, it will definitely have to be a longer period time frame. 3 months is way too short. Maybe 6 months or a year, but most likely it would not happen.
