We will do sieges . And we fight in a medieval manner. Officials and leaders not to be harmed. The men under their command are the only ones that have to die. I don't war unless there is a reason. If I decide to war I meet with the enemy leader to discuss terms and rules of war. I have had someone asking to war with me already. If you wish to war you can declare it.
