Hello Hajo2012m, We have discussed your ban appeal, and have come to the conclusion it will be denied because of the following reasons; Video proof of; - Jumping higher than possible, without a beacon nearby, - Falling slowly, - Moving slower than sneaking, without actually sneaking, - Walking on water, - Not having an elytra on, - Checked inventory after; no elytra to be seen. Because of these reasons and since there's video and screenshot proof of them, we have decided to keep the 7d ban on. The pictures you sent us also do not show real evidence you were not hacking. It shows you flying like you would with an elytra, without an elytra on. It also shows a different position of your character than it was showed for any other player; which is confirmed by the video once again.
