Looking for a town

Interested in joining a town,
What I'm looking for:

- Big plots (bigger than 14x14{preferably 32x32})
- Freestyle building (no required theme)
- Shops (if possible)
- XP farms or grinders (if possible)
- 0% tax
- Active staff

payvile has bigger plots but no active staff i think

 

epictown has active staff free 32x32 plots for new players and for server veterans 1month+ we have free 4848 plots (3x3) no taxes and we currently have 4 grinders but there inactive were working on fixing them at the moment

 

I would reccomend GraphiteTown
