I thought this is useful for shops , a chest that players can look inside, but not take items from, to see things like lore items and see enchants so they know if they want it specifically and know its exact details,
This is already implemented with the current lock plugin. They're known as donation chests. Other players can put items into them, but only the chest owner/creator has the ability to take items out. You can create them by using the /cdonation command on a chest you've placed.
