If you want to look at someones ban, you can go in game and do /history (Username) By the looks of it, you are away from your pc, you can do this on minechat (If you have it)
Thanks for the report. I've been really busy the past week. I Will try to resolve it in the next few days. It requires me to shut down the whole server to reinstall MySQL. I'll figure something out in the next week or something.
