Tripping hazard is a little to safe

    So I recently bought a Tripping Hazard from auction, and I found out it doesn't work. I've asked Tolkie to check it out and she confirmed it doesn't work. I also have speed 2 boots, which when I took off, (and held the shears) it still didn't work. I'm not really sure what to do, but i'm sure somebody does, so if you do, please leave a comment or something.

    If someone tried to add mending or some other enchantment on the relic then it will lose all effect.
